Working Student IT Service Delivery (m/f/d)

Your Areas of Responsibilities: 

• Provide first and second level support and requests to end users in ERP (esp. SAP) applications
• Assist in suggesting and implementing process improvements and service innovation 
• Ensure Project and Process Documentation in the related areas
• Executing consolidation of IT costs, Contracts, Budget and Purchase requests for IT operations
• General administration of reporting systems e.g., SAC, status and KPI reports

Your Profile of Qualification:  

• Enrolled in bachelor/master studies in Informatics, business administration or comparable studies
• Enthusiasm for modern IT-technology and/or ERP systems
• Good command of spoken and written English
• High motivation and hands-on mentality
• Optional but helpful: Experience in reporting, MS Excel, the creation of dashboards, datamining/-analytics, sap systems, knowledge in Automation like Bots
