Lets Go - The Department introduces itself

The Global Ecommerce & Platform Development department is responsible for providing web interfaces to our customers. This includes global corporate websites, our eShops, and the Online Service Center.

Your daily tasks

• Getting started: You’ll begin by maintaining and editing content on our corporate websites
• Content Management System: You’ll be responsible for transferring content (such as images and text) from the old system “TYPO3” to our new system “Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)”
• Documentation: You’ll document activities and processes in Confluence and JIRA
• Independent work: After your training, you’ll create editorial plans in coordination with us and handle work packages independently

Your skills are needed

• Know-How: Basic understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and their infrastructure, along with experience in editing websites using CMS (e.g., Typo3, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, or others)
• Microsoft Office: Proficient use of common Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Initiative: You can drive topics forward independently and solution-oriented, with an affinity for structured and reliable work
• Language qualifications: Communication within an open, agile team; language proficiency in German (Level C1) and English (Level B2) required

Your checklist

• You are enrolled as a student
• You have approximately 15 hours per week available and can support us for at least 12 months, preferably longer

• Hybrid work is possible—you can work both on-site and from home. Don’t worry; we’ll provide you with everything you need. During the onboarding phase and for regular meetings, the possibility of working on-site should be available
