Job Description

To support our Sustainability Team at ABOUT YOU private labels in Berlin we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) with a strong interest in social and ethical responsibility in global fashion production.  

Responsibilities:

• Support in running interesting social responsibility and human rights projects and in ongoing operational work
• Support in building and implementing new social responsibility processes for a better supply chain social performance
• Market research in human rights, social engagement initiatives and relevant global developments
• Prepare presentations,guidelines and training for internal teams and suppliers
• Support in data management of supplier database
• Support in general compliance management tasks, such as contract management for production requirements 
• Support in data analyses andreporting
• Regular communication with international suppliers and internal teams

Requirements:

• Active student in International Business, Fashion Management, Business Administration or any economics degree with a high interest in the fashion industry
• Education or experience in CSR and/or international development is a plus.
• Strong interest in ethical business, social responsibility and human rights in fashion supply chains
• Analytical skills, KPI focused way of working
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the fashion industry and its production processes 
• Basic knowledge in human rights and global supply chains
• Good MS office skills (Excel focused)
• Good English in speaking and writing 
• Strong communication skills and high sense of responsibility 
• Bringing a positive vibe and being a team player
• Being efficient, reliable and independent
