This challenge awaits you:

As a student in project management, your area of responsibility will cover a wide range of tasks from financial controlling to the creation of documents and the planning of internal deadlines. You will have the opportunity to learn a lot about managing development projects in the automotive industry. Our internal training program and colleagues will support you in your induction and you will work closely with project and department management. Our learning portal is also available to you for your further development opportunities. Depending on the task, one day a week presence in the Munich office is desirable.

Your Tasks:

• Support in the administration of projects and the department
• Controlling of projects, including independent preparation of forecasts and monthly financial statements with target/actual comparison
• Preparation of status and cost center reports
• Preparation of presentations and documents
• Support in project and process management 
• Support with departmental organization

Necessary Skills:

• Ongoing studies in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or comparable
• Interest in controlling contexts
• Good written and spoken German
• Quick comprehension and organizational skills as well as a confident and friendly manner
• Openness to new ideas and enjoyment of change and working in a team

Desired Skills:

• Basic knowledge of economics or business is an advantage
• Tool knowledge: MS Office products and JIRA / Confluence
