Working Student, IT Development and Editorial Tasks (m/f/d)

THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated working student (m/f/d) for a varied position in our Technical Publications & Development department. The position offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in software development and technical documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Development of a connector between Confluence Cloud and Service Now:

• Develop a tool that allows Knowledge Base (KB) articles hosted in Confluence to be displayed in ServiceNow
• Implementation of interfaces and integrations to create a seamless connection between the two platforms

2. Editorial tasks:

• Translation of documentation and instructions from German to English and vice versa based on a translation tool
• Ensuring linguistic quality and consistency in all translations

3. Ancillary tasks from the development department:

• Assisting with various software development projects as required
• Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of software solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree program such as computer science, business informatics or a similar field of study
• Basic knowledge of software development, preferably experience with JavaScript, REST APIs and web development technologies
  
• Reliability, ability to work in a team and independent working style
• Interest in new technologies and willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
  
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
