The Labor and Social Law department is part of the Human Resources division of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. We are responsible for all labor and social law advice for the HR functions in the Group, support the Board of Management in all collective bargaining policy issues and are involved in all personnel policy issues, including negotiations in the relevant employee representative bodies.
These are some of the challenges you will face:
- As part of your work, you will support the lawyers in the department by preparing expert opinions on various legal issues or by conducting targeted research on various problems
- You will have the opportunity to take part in negotiations before the labor courts, internal company presentations, etc
- If you would like to take the opportunity to gain an initial insight into the day-to-day business of an international group, we look forward to receiving your application
- You have successfully passed the first state examination in law
- Basic knowledge of labor and social law is an advantage
- Proficient in written and spoken German and English
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Commitment
- Ability to work in a team
- Sociability and strong social skills
- Independent legal work
