YOUR TASKS

• You ensure that our colleagues and guests feel completely comfortable in our Stuttgart office in the beautiful Römerkastell. With your sense of a positive atmosphere and an open ear for all concerns, you are the central point of contact for location-related questions and support.
• You accompany and manage national or location-specific processes and measures, and you can already take on responsibility.
• You coordinate appointments and meetings and place orders for workshops and events.
• You independently prioritize and handle incoming requests from employees through our ticket system (Jira).
• You take care of incoming and outgoing mail, create and maintain documents, PowerPoint presentations, and reports.
• Depending on your strengths and interests, you participate in internal projects, also in collaboration with other departments such as marketing, human resources, or location building, where you can actively contribute content, e.g., in onboarding, event, and feel-good management.
• You generate contributions and content for the internal communication channels of the respective location for employees.
• You constantly find creative ways to make the processes in the national office management team or at the Stuttgart location more efficient and employee-friendly.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are studying business administration, real estate management or another relevant field.
• Solid experience in dealing with Office programs as well as good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• You have already successfully completed your basic studies and are available as a working student for at least two semesters.
• You have a high level of initiative and flexibility.
