Then you've come to the right place! You will support our IT Service Management (ITSM). You will initially work on a major project and primarily support the publication of IT knowledge articles in a portal used throughout IAV. As the project progresses and the ITSM focus changes, you will get to know the other project areas and the entire IT service management.

Your Tasks:

• You change the layout of IT work instructions for users and technicians so that they can be published in a portal.
• As an editor, you will work on revising the content of articles that need to be updated due to changes in IT processes before they are published.
• You test IT processes and independently recognize whether and how knowledge articles need to be changed.
• As part of our editorial team, you will assist technically experienced authors in the application of our IT editorial guidelines.
• You will support our editorial team in the organization of this extensive knowledge article sub-project.
• You will provide flexible support to the IT service management and project team in solving project and operational tasks.

Necessary Skills:

• You are interested in IT, processes and business software.
• You can express yourself well in written form in German.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office.

Desired Skills:

• You can proofread translations of German-language work instructions into English and check for the correct use of our IAV and IT technical terms, among other things.
• You are structured, communicative, a team player and open to supporting the solution of various ITSM tasks.

Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly rate for this position is EUR 17.52. From February 2025, the hourly rate for this position will be EUR 18.10.
