YOUR TASKS

• As part of our PMO team, you will support our many projects in the automotive and e-commerce sectors with administrative tasks such as contributing to monthly invoicing and preparing performance records.
• You will also help new colleagues to settle in and familiarize themselves with their new tasks as part of their onboarding.
• In addition, you will be responsible for the entire filing of contractually relevant project documents and independently process incoming inquiries from the project teams.
• You will also be responsible for the administration of our time recording tool.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are studying business administration or another relevant subject.
• You can support us as a working student for at least 2 semesters.
• Ideally, you have basic knowledge of project management.
• A high level of initiative and flexibility are among your strengths.
• You have solid experience in using Office programs.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
