Internship in "Communication Digital Products and Software" from October 2024

In our department, we design the marketing communication and customer approach for the marketing of our digital products and digitalization topics.

Our tasks range from the overarching management of communication on digital products and digitalization, to the identification of exciting innovations for the future and direct customer contact via various communication channels (social media, physical touchpoints, web, in-car, in-app, etc.).

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• You will strengthen the Steering & Digital Innovation team, which is responsible for the overarching management of all communication activities relating to digitalization and digital products at Mercedes-Benz AG
• Among other things, we identify the communication potential of innovative apps and features of the future
• To ensure holistic planning, we strategically pre-manage relevant topics and stakeholders
• Your work will focus, among other things, on supporting communication planning and management as well as analyzing data and customer insights
• These are the basis for personalized communication with potential customers and users via relevant communication channels

• Degree in (digital) marketing, media and communication sciences, media informatics or a comparable course of study
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office (Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word), further IT knowledge desirable
• Very high affinity for digitization topics
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Quick comprehension, strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiasm for innovative topics and working in an agile environment
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Willingness to take responsibility and initiative
