As part of the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS) organization, you will support the staff of the "Vice President MB.OS Base Layer & MBUX". This is responsible for the development of Mercedes-Benz's own car software with a focus on infotainment and software & hardware base layer development. Together we want to achieve the strategic goal "Lead In Car Software" and pursue the vision "Create continuous customer excitement & ease customers' life" in order to create the most intuitive and seamless experience for our customers as well as all passengers.

You will face these challenges:

• Collaboration in conceptual and strategic tasks as well as in the day-to-day operations of the assistance team
• Analyzing the latest trends from the automotive and tech world and deriving strategic recommendations for action
• Preparation of presentations in German and English for Supervisory Board and Management Board meetings
• Conception and preparation of international top management events, internal cultural events and measures in the context of organizational development towards Lean & Agile

• Degree in industrial engineering, business psychology, business administration, innovation or project management, engineering courses such as computer science/software development or a comparable course of study
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office, in particular MS Power Point, Outlook, Teams and Excel, handling of BI tools, survey tools such as Menti, Sharepoints an advantage
• Ability to work in a team, confident manner, analytical and strategic way of thinking, quick familiarization with complex topics
• Interest in future technologies, a high degree of initiative and motivation
• Driving license class B
