Intern/ Working student (m/f/d) – Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Reporting

Job Description

Do you want work on projects utilizing cutting edge technology and solve new problems? Advantest is growing their business intelligence team tasked to implement Predictive Supply Chain Analytics focusing on Parametric Test and Traceability data. This implementation will encompass our Global Outsourced Supply Chain - from ASIC’s to Automated Test Equipment manufacturers. As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will be a key part of a growing team of internal and external developers that are expected to design and implement predictive, intelligent, scalable solutions. You will develop concepts & methods to make decentralized data available and enable data analytics for the entire organization.

Your tasks

• Drive requirements management and derive functional requirements from them
• Implement and test reports based on Microsoft Power BI using DAX and Power Query
• Contribute to the development of interactive dashboards with Microsoft Power BI
• Support in the consolidation and preparation of all available data sources and optimize the quality and consistency of the data as well as the data provision

Requirements

Your profile:

• Study of computer science, information technology or comparable field of study
• Strong customer focus attitude and are able to understand customer requests and implement them
• Working experience in Microsoft Power BI is essential
• Basic knowledge of Database Management Systems and of Data Warehouse techniques
• Having skills in Python, SQL and advanced excel will also be preferred
• Team player with good communication skills
