Job Description

• During your internship, you will assist in maintaining and improving the QMS and processes in grow docupedia, evaluating and optimising them from structure to realisation.
• You will work with start-ups to collect data, evaluate relevant legal and standard requirements of each start-up, and independently integrate legal requirements into ProCodex.
• You will identify and evaluate suitable good practices for understanding our processes and ProCodex tools application.
• Last but not least, you will be responsible for admin task as assigned in ad-hoc cases.

Qualifications

• Education: Masterstudies in the field of Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering System or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: proficient in computer science and information technologies background, competent handling of MS Office (e.g., PowerBI) and Web Based Tools, experience with quality management system and processes
• Personality and Working Practice: self-motivated, eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude,problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions
• Enthusiasm: interest in how to improve existing processes documents
• Languages: You are business fluent in German and English

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
