Mandatory internship in Program Management Drives for Midsize Cars from October 2024

In the current phase of exciting technological change, our Center PD D/S is managing all powertrain projects for the entire Mercedes vehicle range across all departments in line with the guiding principle "we drive the star"!
Our PG D/SM department is responsible for all eATS applications in the medium and large vehicles of Mercedes Benz AG.

We in the "Program Management Drives MB.EA-M" (Mercedes-Benz Electric Architecture) team play a decisive role in this and are looking for reinforcement.

We manage the drive in the transformation. You will be an active part of our team and work with us to ensure transparency in complex subject areas. We optimize the powertrain portfolio in terms of customer benefits, costs and complexity.

You can participate in the design with creative input

• We coordinate the cooperation with our internal business partners. You are responsible for the organization and implementation of cross-functional working groups

• In the advertised position, you will not only support the scheduling and rollout planning of all drive systems and units, but also the overall program management of the drives for Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• This includes the control of deadlines, costs and maturity level of the drive system as well as the representation of the drive in the strategic vehicle projects
• This requires a close exchange with cross-functional areas in the drive system and the vehicle
• In addition, you will be responsible for the support and organization of various committees
