Working student position in the area of Testing Infotainment from January 2025

In the System Integration Infotainment Systems team, all components and functions of telematics in Mercedes-Benz passenger cars are qualified throughout the entire development process, both in the laboratory and as part of worldwide vehicle trials / test drives.

You will face these challenges, among others, and they can be prioritized according to your course of study:

• Assisting in the test preparation of next generation test vehicles, in particular update of embedded software
• Further development of internal tools to optimize work processes
• Collaboration with international partners (USA, Japan, Korea, China) for telematics tests
• Maintenance of project plans, presentations and reports
• Creation of statistics and, if necessary, further development of the tool chain

We offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home for part of the time.

• Degree in computer science, automotive software or similar
• Ideally programming experience in Python, Linux (ssh), ADB and Android
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
