Internship in the field of international product management Mercedes-Maybach from October 2024

And with which they laid the foundation for the development of Mercedes-Maybach into one of the most exclusive car brands of today. In Mercedes-Maybach Product Management, we take up precisely this claim and guiding principle and ensure that we bring "the best of the best" to the road for our customers.

Product Management is the link between the market/customer and development, production and business management and is the point of contact for sales throughout the entire product life cycle. It defines the brand, product and marketing objectives for the series design and implements these in coordination with its interfaces. Through close contact with departments in the regions/markets worldwide, its own research and the use of market and competition analysis tools, Product Management gathers information on the interests and wishes of potential Mercedes-Maybach customers and represents them in the development of current and future products.

For this purpose, we are looking for motivated interns, ideally for 6 months starting in September, to actively accompany us on this always exciting path.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Participation in the operational business and product management of the foreign sales companies
• Participation in strategic product projects
• Conducting international market surveys as well as competitor, target group and market analyses
• Preparation of decision papers for various committees and preparation and follow-up of project meetings
• Participation in equipment planning for the model ranges, such as lines, packages and editions
• Assisting with market launch preparations, creating communication strategies as well as pricing and positioning approaches
• Participation in competitive, market and segment analyses
• Coordination of various topics with teams from development, design, marketing and controlling

• Degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
• Team spirit
• high level of commitment & resilience
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
• strong, intrinsic interest in the automotive industry
• Initial practical experience in sales/marketing and controlling an advantage
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of MS-Office, especially MS-PowerPoint & MS Excel
