Then you've come to the right place! As the interface between site management, HR management and the works council, our "Labor Policy and Works Council Relations" team is always at the heart of the action. We have our finger on the pulse by being responsible for steering various committees and actively shaping the present and future of the Bremen plant. We also work very strategically and in close cooperation with other company locations, conduct exciting negotiations and qualify managers in the area of labor law issues and group work.
We never get bored in our work - your internship will be varied and in-depth.
Join us and get to know the following tasks:
- Direct support in the further development of work organization in the production world of Mercedes-Benz
- Participation in various negotiations and projects
- Active participation in labor policy committees and bodies
- Support in the area of working and operating hours, i.e. assistance in drafting existing regulations (e.g. company agreements)
- Independent preparation of presentations, concepts and statistics
- Independently supporting the team with organizational and conceptual issues in day-to-day work
You will convince us with these qualifications:
- Studies in the field of economics, psychology, human resources management, humanities, law or similar fields of study
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Personal skills:
- Interest in economic and entrepreneurial contexts
- Independent, reliable and precise way of working
- Team player with a high level of comprehension, very good communication skills and a confident manner
Additional information:
Duration of the internship: 6 months full-time (35 hours)
Location of the internship: Bremen
