Your tasks:

• Understanding our products, services and sales processes and acquiring comprehensive knowledge of them
• Complete qualified and varied training modules of the Mercedes-Benz sales training program and familiarize yourself with the necessary technical and methodological skills of the sales profession
• Use your acquired knowledge to provide qualified advice to customers and inspire them for Mercedes-Benz
• Gain sales practice for your target position in sales

At the end of the qualification, you will take an examination to become a certified car salesperson for vans (f/m/d).
The position is full-time and limited to 12 months, but we are very interested in a long-term and successful cooperation.

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training or a comparable degree
• Enjoy working with customers, have a winning manner and work independently
• Market and product knowledge in the automotive sector as well as an open-minded approach to current trends and developments
• High motivation to learn and the desire to develop personally and professionally
• A valid driving license
