Working student position in the Customer Domain from October 2024

We are part of the Mercedes-Benz DIGITAL division and are responsible for the future CRM IT system landscape in Europe.

Our aim is to optimize business processes in sales and thus provide our customers with the best possible support. Together with our global partners, we are currently setting up a new CRM system for the European market. We are working in a cross-functional team from IT and Sales.

Mercedes-Benz is striving for increasing digitalization of all interactions in the customer life cycle. Customers are increasingly switching between online (web, app, car) and offline touchpoints such as retail and contact centers, while expecting personalized interaction based on their customer history. Mercedes-Benz CRM forms the basis for professional and efficient customer interaction.

You will be part of a team with heterogeneous mindsets, where everyone brings special skills and we all benefit from each other.

Your tasks include:

• Working with the team to build a new CRM solution for the European market
• Regular exchange with our external partners and internal stakeholders
• Insights into cooperative team leadership and the management of interdisciplinary projects
• Independent processing of work packages
• Participation in organizational tasks
• Support in the further development of our CRM systemCollaboration in the creation of requirements analyses and user stories
• Carrying out tests and documenting the results
• Support in the creation of training materials
• Support with onboarding and offboarding processes for external companies (e.g. access authorizations)
• Supporting technical program management in the planning and implementation of projects

• Degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable course of study
• Initial experience in CRM systems an advantage
• Good analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
