About the role

The Digital Innovation & Customer Engagements (DICE) team is responsible to support, develop and bring to market outstanding digital solutions and services to serve our customers' needs. This position will be responsible to support the digital campaign execution by creating, updating and optimizing content for our individualized customer journeys. Responsibilities including:

What You’ll Do

• Preparing individualized e-mail newsletter to execute digital campaigns and co-create & build content for our HCP Service Platform to support digital campaigns
• Preparation of internal reporting and analysis, such as business or performance presentation
• Coordinate the quality assurance process of all digital campaign assets and initiate approval processes
• Prepare and initiate local content approval processes
• Suppport in day to day operations of the DICE function and its duties
• Communication and collaboration with our key internal stakeholders in areas such as marketing, sales and medical at regional & global level

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in (but not limited to) content marketing (international marketing, digital marketing, advertising), economics (incl. healthcare economics/management, BWL, VWL), communications. 
• Fluent in German and English
• First working experience
• Microsoft Office products
• Ease at working with applications like PowerPoint, Excel
• Trustworthy and reliable in self organization and to conduct task as per expectations
• Creative, enthusiastic and open to new concepts, work with pro-activity
• High willingness to learn and ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment
• Good communication skills
