Working student position in HR Digitalization, Transformation & Strategy and Operations from October 2024 (focus: Communication & Culture)

In the HR/TO department, we are working on the HR of tomorrow at Mercedes-Benz. We are looking for your contribution and creative drive! The following topics will accompany you in your daily work

• Introduction of new cloud solutions in the HR area
• Accompanying the HR transformation
• Implementation of strategic measures and much more

All these topics will be dealt with in the staff team of the Head of Directorate, where you will also work. The focus of your work will be on communication, cultural initiatives, event planning and committee management. In addition to working with the Director, you will also collaborate with many other stakeholders from the HR department, including at an international level.

What you can expect in detail:

• Support in the implementation of the communication strategy and communication measures
• Collaboration in the design and implementation of digital and face-to-face communication and (exchange) formats and events such as coffee talks, town halls ..
• Supporting the optimization of communication processes, methods and channels, integrating existing and new formats and tools
• Contributing your own ideas to event planning for the division and taking on work packages independently
• Developing, implementing and supporting cultural initiatives
• Support in the preparation of committee meetings and management meetings

• Degree in economics, business administration, communication sciences, marketing or a comparable course of study
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Initial practical experience in the field of communication and/or event management is an advantage
