In our exciting HR Strategic Design team, we are responsible for personnel and organizational development as well as securing the next generation of managers and employees at MB Vans. In addition to designing and implementing new concepts for MB Vans, we also implement group-wide programs for Mercedes-Benz AG. We work in close coordination with our HR business partners in order to align ourselves with the needs of our customers in the best possible way.

We are responsible for positioning MB Vans as an attractive employer and supporting and implementing both the HR and MB Vans strategy with our ideas! To this end, we are currently working in a hybrid working model, both on site in Untertürkheim and from the home office.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Supporting various projects for the cultural transformation of MB Vans
• Participate in measures to position MB Vans as an attractive employer
• Contribute to the development of new concepts for organizational development
• Exciting project work, possibly in close cooperation with other interfaces, such as planning a cultural event
• Support in the planning and implementation of Diversity & Inclusion topics for MB Vans
• Preparation of presentations on measures relevant to personnel and organizational development

• Degree in business administration, economics, psychology or a comparable course of study with a focus on human resources
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English
• Confident with MS Office
• You are good at organizing, enjoy dealing with people and have a confident manner
• You have team and communication skills, a high level of commitment and an independent way of working
• You are creative and enjoy developing new concepts
