We as Global Sales & Distribution are responsible for the implementation of the global sales vision and support our client teams in their daily work to generate additional value for Munich Re`s clients.

Our team, which you would be part of, focuses on our global Customer Relation Management (CRM) solution with subsequent change management, development and maintenance.

Independently working with and motivating the relevant stakeholders & client teams. Relaying learnings to and aligning adaptive approaches with the entire team. You will gain, use and spread tricks and usability insights developed with the team and our stakeholders.                                                                                                                                                                                                            The opportunity to quickly assume personal responsibility for tasks and sub-projects and have plenty of space for your own ideas and to think on the spot.

Your Profile

• Confident, hands-on mentality and highly motivated
• A working attitude characterized by independence and open-mindedness, which is geared towards assuming responsibility
• Able to think on your feet, gain insights and use them to come up with new or better solutions
• Empathic, able to put yourself in others shoes and convince people
• Solid communication & presentation skills (written & spoken)
• Having an IT affinity and knowing CRM systems is a plus

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
