To support our small but smart Organizational Development and Change Management (OD) team in our EU headquarters in Munich, we are looking for a dedicated
Working Student (f/m/x)
As the OD team is embedded in the European Learning & Development Team, you will not only gain insight into our ambitious OD work for a truly diverse Company, but in modern international L&D work as well.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Support the team in various operational and administrative tasks
- Close collaboration with members of the Change Team and External Consultants on current projects
- Support in conception, preparation and carrying out change workshops, change trainings and organizational development programs
- Fulfill specific tasks and project components, such as creating learning content, analyzing and processing interviews for developing actionable measures, preparation of input for workshops, organizing events, and coordinating speakers and participants.
- Participate actively in workshops to contribute ideas and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist with research, analysis, and surveys to enable informed decision making
- Cooperation with L&D team members and communication with departments of our international organization
- Collaborate on the introduction of change standards for the DS European Group
Personal skills and professional experience:
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) at a college/university
- Studies in the field of business/vocational education, educational science, business psychology, business administration, coaching, mediation, organizational development, personnel development
- Structured way of working, high commitment and reliability
- First practical experience in HR, consulting or organizational development/ change management is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team hybridly (at least 1 day/week in our office in Munich Obersendling)
- Fluent German and English
- Confident handling of the common MS office applications
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Miro, Mentimeter, etc.) is a plus
