Founders Associate Intern (Finance & Go-To-Market)

Your role As Founders Associate Intern, you will work closely with our co-founder Julius, who is responsible for building up the Go-To-Market playbook and operating the startup's finances. You will have the unique opportunity to join the team as one of the first employees and gain first-hand experience in building up a B2B software startup from the ground up. If this resonates with you, here’s what your role at Company Shield entails:

• Defining and developing different assets as part of the Go-To-Market playbook
  
• Managing the recruiting process, especially building up a stellar Go-To-Market team
  
• Supporting with financial planning and preparation of subsequent investment round
  
• Various strategic projects (e.g. new website, conference visits, newspaper articles, etc.)

Your profile We define ourselves by a culture of ownership and cooperation. We are looking for clever, capable, visionary, and driven talents with proven track records of personal, academic, and professional achievement:

• You have an undergraduate degree from a top-tier university or are in the process of obtaining a degree in a technical or business subject
  
• You have gained previous professional experience in a startup environment, at a leading technology company, or in management consultancy/venture capital
  
• You possess superb communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  
• You have a demonstrated interest in cybersecurity and/or entrepreneurship
  
• You have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
  
• You are available to work with us for of 3-6 months
