We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in the area of IT based Competition Analysis. In our IT department Transaction Pricing we provide optimal market specific price points for our vehicles with the help of our AI-supported application. The core topic where the internship is about will be webscraping competitor prices new car as an assistance for finding the right price spot. The webscraping and visualization in AWS Quicksight is done by external partners, your role will be supporting the internal project lead in business and aswell IT topics.

What awaits you?

• During your internship, you support our team in the development of a data-based competitor screening with visualization in AWS Quicksight.
• You will do web-research regarding business topics e.g. in the area of automotive subsidies, support alignments with partners and markets, help improving customer experience in the tools and enhance the BMW like-to-like competitor vehicle mapping

What should you bring along?

• Studies of Business Economics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable course of studies.
• First practical experience within Project- and Processmanagement, as well as Agile Toolchain, e.g. JIRA or Confluence.
• Knowledge in Agile Working Models, e.g. SCRUM.
• Knowledge in automotive business topics, especially topics related with the product itself and aswell competition.
• Drive and motivation to step into new international challenges.
• A sense of responsibility and precision when carrying out your own projects.
• Very good English language skills.
