Then become an important part of the luxury strategy at Mercedes-Benz Cars and actively contribute to the customer satisfaction of millions of vehicle users in Quality Management at Mercedes Operations.

You will use your strengths to coordinate and manage the rectification of vehicle faults after vehicle production has been completed. Your focus here will be on quality assurance before delivery to the customer, particularly in customer-facing areas of technology, safety and emissions. All hardware and software faults are rectified as part of campaigns via vehicle closures at the worldwide campaign locations in the plant, the shipping ports or vehicle preparation centers in the USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea and China.

Our team

In Global Action Management, we manage all cross-plant actions worldwide with business partners from Development, Purchasing, Production and Plant Action Management at all Mercedes-Benz plants. As a mandate function, we also provide important KPIs for the top management of Mercedes-Benz Cars via active reporting in order to manage the quality and speed of deliveries to our customers.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Independent preparation and moderation of the daily store floor meeting
• Tracking and maintaining KPIs to control actions
• Supporting the preparation, follow-up and implementation of (management) meetings to manage action blocks
• Active participation and assumption of work packages in the digital transformation and further development of action management
• Preparation of key figures and creation of presentations for senior management

• Degree in engineering, business informatics, economics or comparable courses of study
• Knowledge of VBA desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
• Driving license class B is an advantage
