We (Product Management Web Channel - MxD/OW) are responsible for the global blueprint of the Mercedes-Benz website, with the aim of offering a luxurious online sales experience.

As a working student in Website Product Management, you will work in the Mercedes-Benz Digital House, which is responsible for the global web presence of our brands. In the Digital Sales Experience Attract & Inspire team, you will actively support the design and implementation of customer use cases to enable an outstanding customer experience within our web presence.

You will work in a team of web journey specialists in use case design, prototyping, conducting customer studies, analytics and governance. You will work independently in dedicated time-limited projects and be responsible for their success.

Your tasks can be divided into the following key areas

• Web Journey Strategy
• Global publishing/ Blueprint
• Definition of global content
• Quality assurance and testing
• SEO governance (optional)

Working hours: 20 hours/week during the lecture period and max. 40 hours/week during the lecture-free period.

Duration of the position: 6 months, from 01.10.2024 (possibly later). Extension possible.
