Mercedes-Benz Connectivity Services creates digital solutions of the future that help B2B customers to increase their process quality and efficiency, improve customer experiences, operate more sustainably or develop new business models. This is based on data collected in real time from measuring points and signals inside and outside Mercedes-Benz vehicles worldwide. This data is used to generate added value for products and processes in companies in a wide range of industries. The secure and responsible handling of data is the basis for the acceptance of connected driving services. Based in Stuttgart, the company employs around 75 people in the development, operation and sale of digital data-based products.

The following exciting tasks await you with us:

• Responsibility for an outstanding customer experience together with the sales team and active collaboration to continuously increase customer satisfaction
• Independent involvement in international sales projects to generate sales
• Support in various customer journey projects (process optimization and data quality in the CRM system)
• Active interface between customer, sales and the billing department
• Independent coordination of customer onboarding in pre- and after-sales
• Support in day-to-day operations

Additional information:

• Location: Stuttgart-Vaihingen
• Start: from January 2025 (summer semester 2025)
• Duration: 6 months (40 hours/week)

Ideally, you should have:

• Degree in business administration, economics or a comparable course of study
• Good understanding of business contexts and current trends in digitalization
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as consulting skills Initiative, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• High degree of creativity, pioneering spirit and implementation strength as well as solution orientation (can-do mindset)
• Very high level of commitment and flexibility
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
