Working student position in the MO360 QUALITY department from October 2024

Mercedes-Benz Cars Operations is responsible for passenger car production with more than 30 plants worldwide within a flexible and efficient global production network with around 78,000 employees on five continents.

The PP/DP division is responsible for the central design, implementation, further development and management of digitalization in the MO. This ensures a coordinated and targeted approach across the MO. In addition, digitalization is to become a central component of the production system. Lessons learned from the line and new findings in the upstream processes should complement each other.

MO360 is the digital ecosystem for Mercedes-Benz vehicle production worldwide, with the aim of generating a significant contribution to efficiency through digitalization for the MO.

We are looking for a working student who enjoys software development and data analysis to join our team.

Your responsibilities in our interdisciplinary team of experts:

• In-depth data analysis with a focus on data quality
• Collaboration in the design of innovative analysis and reporting solutions
• Support in the identification, specification and design of new use cases for process digitization and harmonization
• Active preparation and editing of documents, workshops and their results

• Student of a technical university degree, ideally related to software development and/or data analytics (data science, computer science, business informatics, mathematics or similar)
• Python programming skills
• First experience in front- and backend development
• Experience in the field of data analytics
• Confident knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with React and Flask
• Experience with GitHub Pages
• Commitment
• Ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
