What you'll do
We are seeking a talented and motivated scholar to join our team which likes playing with hardware and developing software. Basic knowledge on networks is a pre.
This role is pivotal in supporting the Experience Center Technical Operations in Munich as well in supporting and developing the Experience Content Management System. There will be both operative tasks as well as strategic ownership for certain projects in this team. Your objective should be to evolve in taking responsibilities, to proactively participate in our team and to create valuable outcomes together.
The candidate will also work closely with our other teams in Experience Services for driving and define technical topics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engage in technical operations for the Experience Center Munich.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration Experience Content (Management) System.
- Support the development and testing Experience Content Management System.
- Challenge the status quo and propose ways to simplify the architecture.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for your assigned features that balance user needs, technical effort, and business impact.
- Contribute to transformation projects across all Experience Centres.
- Work closely with our other Experience Services teams on Technical topics.
- Support in various projects and customer touchpoints.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Knowledge of Cloud / web development
- Knowledge of Database
- Basic knowledge of Networking
- Knowledge of setting up hardware and hardware troubleshooting
- Excellent knowledge of English (Fluent spoken, written)
- Good communication skills
- First experience in managing projects
Meet your team
We are excited to announce a fellowship opportunity to join our dynamic Experience Activation team within Solution & Innovation Experience (SIX) as a Fellow to assist in creating content experiences for our customers when they visit the SAP Experience Centres. This Fellowship would provide an opportunity to grow connections throughout SIX and explore cross-collaboration opportunities across the Experience Hub team.
The SAP Experience Centres are innovation spaces spread across the globe giving all-access to SAP’s solution portfolio. At our Experience Centres, customers and partners experience interactive showcases, real-life use cases as well as ready-to-use demos first-hand.
The Experience Activation team is responsible for developing innovations, implementation, Integrations, use cases & showcases deliveries that are deployed across all Experience Centres and Events. We are looking for candidates who will actively support implementing our Experience Content Management System and support in technically operating the our Munich Experience Center.
