Intern in the retail management of the special vehicle business in the VAN division

As part of the organizational development of VAN/VD, we are setting up a new team to manage the special vehicle business VAN. The main tasks will be the holistic and sustainable management of retail for an optimized special vehicle and authority business as well as sales support for body manufacturers. It includes the permanent development for a continuous growth of this sales channel, the performance and condition management as well as the support of individual retailers, body manufacturers and special vehicle customers, such as aid organizations.

For these tasks, we need support in business development for the management of retail in the special vehicle business VAN. We are looking for highly motivated employees like you, with lots of new ideas and a high level of enthusiasm and passion for a challenging sales business with interesting facets.

With us, you will take on responsibility for independent areas of activity as well as a wide range of creative freedom in exciting sales tasks.

These exciting tasks await you with us:

• Participating in and supporting the further development of retail management and contracting in the special vehicle business
• Working in a team to develop new strategies in order to exploit the potential for profitable growth
• Support in contract management and the necessary reviews of tenders
• Support in the development of AI systems for the review process
• Active design and further development of the sales channel for sustainable growth

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration or economics
• Passion and interest in sales
• Enjoy teamwork, strong communication skills
• Open minded for new approaches and a new work culture
• Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
