Mandatory internship in the field of drive management from March/April 2025

The Drive Application 1 & 2 departments define the drive-side driving experience of a Mercedes-Benz. Our AMG SW/Functional Development & Application BS P3 PHEV team develops the operating strategy for the powerful AMG E PERFORMANCE hybrids and applies the range forecast for future battery electric vehicles from AMG. We are looking for an intern to help and support us in these exciting areas.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Support in day-to-day operations
• Support in the simulative design of the operating strategy for the next generation of sports cars
• Organization and monitoring of measure tracking
• Preparation of tests on prototypes, as well as organization and assistance with test setups including evaluation and assessment of test results

• Enrolled in technical cybernetics, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, computer science or a comparable course of study with a completed undergraduate or bachelor's degree
• Proficient in written and spoken German, good knowledge of English is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Programming experience in Matlab/Simulink and Python
• Valid class B driving license (car)
• High level of commitment and ability to work in a team, as well as an analytical way of thinking and strategic way of working
