About the role

We looking for an Intern (m/f/d) to support our Corporate Finance team.

What you will do

• You will support the sale of PV projects (fixed-tilt, BESS, and floating) at various stages in the sales process by preparing various documents, such as Project Investment Memoranda and presentations, as well as evaluating received NBOs.
• You will value PV projects by determining project value through shared models and investment models, taking into account country-specific conditions.
• You will conduct market research on various industries, including the EV-charging and Renewable/ESG consulting markets.
• You will prepare the data room by compiling and preparing the revenue data of the targets, as well as selecting and evaluating potential buyers through longlisting.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Student of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field of study.
• Proficient in Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Previous experience as a working student or intern in the finance/transaction field would be advantageous.
• Fluent in English with very good written and spoken German skills
• Available full-time for a minimum of 3 months.
