Student Assistant* CMC Project Management 

Are you a forward-thinking student eager to dive into the dynamic world of CMC development/clinical stage projects focusing on our protein/antibody-drug conjugate-based pipeline? In the CMC Project Management, we are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team and contribute to our ambitious projects. Your main responsibilities are:

• Strategic Support: Assist in driving the strategic goal of establishing a global Project Portfolio Management tool at the Global Technology & Development department, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.
• Innovative Tool Development: Lead the creation and development of a cutting-edge reporting tool for streamlined project portfolio and reporting across the organization, leveraging the Power BI platform.
• Tool Enhancement: Enhancing and refining our current Power BI tool to ensure it remains at the forefront of industry standards.
• Project Management Support: Provide support to CMC Project Management, contributing to the success of key initiatives and helping drive projects forward in a collaborative environment.

What you have to offer.

• Student enrolled in a natural science field (e.g. bioinformatics), economics or business degree.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong experience working with PowerBI.
• Experience in data analysis is desirable
• Excellent analytical skills combined with clear thinking and a keen eye for effective visualization of complex data.
• Resilience and quick comprehension for challenges in a highly dynamic growing environment.
• Strong communication skills and effective self-management are necessary.
