Audi Global Graduate Program – Digital Business Development eCommerce

Work Environment
Our division (VX) is responsible for the definition and implementation of the Digital Business Experience strategy – we aim to fulfil the goal of a "seamless digital customer journey", enabling the core business in the digital context via the phases "I consider", "I choose", "I use" and "I reconsider" as well as building a digital ecosystem as the basis for business. Within the VX division, our department (VX-E) focuses on the holistic strategic design of AUDI AG's eCommerce capability across all product categories and touchpoints, further development of eCommerce technologies and vehicle transaction platforms across the Group.
Job Purpose/Role
- You will complete a first project within your target field Digital Business Development eCommerce
- In course of the program you will work independently on up to four more projects in various divisions of the company, one of them at a VW Group brand abroad and another at another company of the VW Group in Germany
- Throughout these assignments you will get to know process partners and interfaces for your future position
- In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g. assembly)
- You will engage in various working groups within the AGGP Community
- After completing the program, you will take on your position in the target field Digital Business Development
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- University degree from an accredited university in Digital Business, Business Informatics or similar required
- Above-average academic performance
- Basic Know-how on agile routines
- Basic understanding of requirements management in IT projects
- Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad
- Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
- Fluent in English and German is a plus
- Relevant extra-curricular commitment
