Audi Global Graduate Program – Software development Vehicle Diagnostics

Work Environment
We, the organizational unit Workshop Technology Vehicle Diagnostics, are responsible for the creation, maintenance and support of the diagnostic software used in the Audi workshops. The development, implementation and expansion of new business areas in the field of remote diagnostics is becoming increasingly important. In this context, the target is the implementation of innovations and functions with focus on Customer benefits and at the same time, taking highest quality standards, reliability and cost efficiency into account.
Job Purpose/Role
- You will complete a first project within your target field Project collaboration Remote X / Vehicle Diagnostics.
- In course of the program you will work independently on up to four more projects in various divisions of the company, one of them at a VW Group brand abroad and another at another company of the VW Group in Germany. Throughout these assignments you will get to know process partners and interfaces for your future position.
- In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g. assembly)
- You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community
- After completing the program, you will take on your position in the target field Project collaboration Remote X.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- University degree from an accredited university in required degree (Business Engineering, Automotive Engineering (Specialization in computer science or artificial intelligence) )
- Above-average academic performance
- You have good IT skills with programming experience (C+, Java, Phyton)
- You are passionate about vehicles and have several years of professional experience in this field
- You are enthusiastic about new technologies and have a high degree of customer orientation and a sense of responsibility
- Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad
- Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
- Fluent English (Knowledge of German Colloquial and subject-specific should be present)
