Summary

You will work within the Cardio-Pulmonary Business Franchise as part of the V&V Team on the development of new products. specifically on life-sustaining devices as Heart-Lung on a wide spectrum of tasks during the concept, design and verification phase, supporting the V&V team.

General Responsibilities

• Support the development of V&V test at subsystem level as well at system level
• Develop Test cases and defines acceptance criteria in agreement with the V&V Engineers
• Execute the V&V Test Cases on HiL bench or on the HLM Machine
• Develop and maintain HiL benches and test setups
• Support the Software team on procurement activities as well as on managing the electronic components stock

Skills and Experience

• Regular students of an engineering degree program who are matriculated, e.g. in electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Medical Devices engineering or similar
• Able to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
• Open-minded
• Hands-on attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of English language. Fluency in German language is appreciated
• Knowledge of C/C++/Python
• Knowledge of microcontroller-based embedded systems
• Experience with Laboratory equipment, e.g. Oscilloscope
• Maker attitude
• Able to read Datasheets and Schematics
• Able to analyze SW/System requirements
