Working Student (m/f/d) - Electronic Lab / Simulation

This is your new job:

• Set up ESD Protection Device models according to defined working procedure (RF-SPICE-, System/Application Models)
• Continue maintenance of model data und simulation results (in Folders/Database/SharePoint)
• Improvement/Automatization of existing model template and working procedure
• Drive alignment between product application, product development and product marketing teams
• Execution of characterization measurements for models (S-Parameter, Diode-IV, TLP & ESD Gun measurement environment)

This is you:

• Student in electrical engineering, physics or similar engineering field
• Basic knowledge in schematic simulation: ADS, LTSpice/Hspice
• Some knowledge Software Programming:  Python, VBA, C
• Nice to have: 3D EM simulation would be beneficial (e.g. CST)
• Nice to have: Some knowledge of analog semiconductor functionality
• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of passive RLC-Filters up to 20 GHz or higher
• First measurement experience
• Curiosity to look beyond boundaries
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and German
• Furthermore, you are a team player and eager to learn
