Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service contract and digital subscription addendums and documentation associated with renewals and offerings.
• Analyze contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government regulations, and revenue recognition requirements.
• Enter and maintain service contracts for released products in the Contract Database  
• Process Service Contract and subscription billings for customers and distributors.
• Maintain Intuitive’s various contract databases.
• Generate and distribute reports for the purpose of monitoring and measuring service contract status and revenue.
• Assist Finance and Field Service on service contract collections.
• Support Field Service in the daily service contract activities.
• Assist Contracts team with Surgeon Service, Proctoring, System Move, and Marketing agreements.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations with external customers; coordinate various functions within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Knowledge of standard legal terms and conditions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English required.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient SAP skills and a general knowledge of its reporting functions
• Proactive and ability to work independently. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Education and Training

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2 - 5 years of related work experience
