The Adoption Services Center’s (ASC) mandate is to empower customers to accelerate their business transformation by adopting SAP innovations. We drive innovation, transformation & continuous excellence for exceeding Customer satisfaction. What we do is based on a clear delivery portfolio by solution and our organization is set up as highly efficient, scalable and with a global presence.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP Adoption Services Center (ASC) iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Business Office
Work Area: Customer Service and Support
Location: Walldorf
Expected start date: January 2, 2025

In this role, you’ll:

• Assisting in planning, executing, and following up on meetings
• Execution of analyses on various strategic initiative topics
• Supporting key stakeholders by sharing the latest information, achievements, outcomes, and learning about strategic initiatives 
• Take over regular reporting tasks
• Support team with daily tasks
• Support in Cloud Cost Allocation Process
• Ad-hoc tasks

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• As a currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences, the following qualifications are required:
• Preferred fields of study: Business administration, business informatics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating C-Level/Executive Slides with PowerPoint
• Fluent in English to effectively communicate with virtual and international teams
• Strong communication and networking skills (internally, cross-functionally and externally)
• Creative and strategic mindset
• Ability to drive change and transformation

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
