Primary Responsibilities:
The working student will work closely with the quality team and support with the following tasks:
- Creating and editing stand operating procedures (SOP) and templates for SOP
- Creating and maintaining digital signature workflows
- Updating design control processes and their graphical representation in flow diagrams
- Support with the validation of a learning management system (LMS)
- Setting up training content and testing the workflows in LMS
- Setting up and validating a digital quality management system (QMS)
- Setting up and validating a product lifecycle management system (PLM)
Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies:
Experience:
- No prior work experience is required; this position is open to students and entry-level candidates
- Experience with quality management is a plus but not mandatory
Education:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g. quality management, medical engineering or a related field)
Skills and Competencies:
- Quality-conscious, trustworthy and reliable
- Structured and systematic way of working
- Teamplayer
- Willingness and eagerness to learn and adapt to new taks and procedures.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Good written English skills (B2-CEFR)
