WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Support the Brand Consulting team in the design and implementation of processes and governance along the partner lifecycle
Collaborate with multiple teams within the organisation to establish a scalable and well integrated CRM platform
Educate and consult brand partners across our Partner Program and Connected Retail to embrace Zalando’s Platform, adopt Zalando ́s Platform Services and leverage key technologies.
Enable profitable growth for a defined set of brands in alignment with the Zalando group Strategy and within our compliance landscape.
Support senior team members and their decision making by collecting information, generating insights and serving as their sparring partner.
Troubleshoot and improve our current platform processes. You also are able to create processes for problems that arise and turn them into widely adopted solutions for the team.
Maintain CRM excellence within your partner portfolio that ensures we have the best data and insights to derive strong decision making.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You are passionate to work in a marketplace environment and you have gathered first experience within consulting, business development or sales. You have a drive for the Fashion and E-Commerce industry.
You are a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and business problems to bring successful results.
You are analytically outstanding and love working with figures while taking a pragmatic approach to complex requirements and issues.
You have excellent communication skills and can manage stakeholders effectively. You are fluent in English (any other language is a plus). You are confident in interacting and presenting independently.
You are excited at the idea of enhancing the experience of our partners and enabling their success.
