THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As an intern with the Merchant Performance team at Zalando (Zeos), you will support a team dedicated to optimizing operational efficiency, reducing costs, promoting education, and ensuring a positive partner experience. Your role will involve assisting in report compilation, communicating directly with merchants, and supporting the team in daily business tasks. You will help with project management, communication, and stakeholder management to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects. Additionally, you will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

As an intern with the ZEOS Merchant Performance Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to enhance operational efficiency and stock management for our partners. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Report Compilation: Assist in putting together detailed reports on merchant performance and stock management.

• Direct Communication: Write emails to merchants, addressing their needs and supporting their operational improvement.

• Team Support: Provide daily support to the team in various tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…

• Basic Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel is mandatory. Experience with Google Sheets is a plus.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are essential, as English is the team’s primary language.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately compile and manage data.

• Strong Communication Skills: Capable of writing clear and professional emails to merchants.

• Team Player: Willingness to support the team in daily business activities and collaborate effectively.
