Working Student in Coach Operations

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Working Student in our Coach Recruiting Team, you will work closely with our City Management, Scheduling, and Central Operations teams to support our daily operations and help us to expand. You will be joining a dynamic, fast-paced start-up where you’ll have ownership and impact from day one!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for coach candidates.

• Conduct initial introduction calls and assessments with prospective coach candidates.

• Take full ownership of candidate communication, ensuring timely and clear updates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate candidate data and track key recruitment KPIs for effective monitoring.

• Provide weekly progress reports on coach recruitment targets to ensure alignment with goals.

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (preferably in a business related field)

• You have a high attention to detail and are able to manage several topics at once

• You have a process-oriented mindset

• You are structured, organized and hands-on

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• You feel comfortable in the fast-paced start-up culture. Previous experience in an offline operations startup is a plus

• Fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus
