Your Mission
Join MBition, a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz, and become a key part of our SoftwareFactory team driving innovation in the automotive industry. As a working student, you will support the ART (Agile Release Train) Leads team mostly in Product Management.
You will help us to ensure that our users have the fastest and most efficient software development platform for MB.OS (Mercedes-Benz Operating System). Your work will directly contribute to the Mercedes-Benz strategy of leading car software. In addition, you will help us drive our agile (SAFe) journey by adopting and introducing new methodologies to boost product delivery and quality.
Sneak preview of your future tasks
- Support Product Managers with defining the product strategy, managing the product backlog, defining priorities, and aligning roadmaps.
- Interact with cross-functional teams from across Mercedes-Benz global hubs on product requirements and delivery.
- Help coordinating and executing agile ceremonies, planning, and execution.
- Help prepare presentations for key stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and workshops with Business Owners and key customers.
- Help monitoring and optimizing workflows to ensure operational excellence inside for the organization as well as teams inside the ART.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Passionate about product development, ideation, and strategy.
- Big interest in automotive software engineering.
- Keen to interact with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and customers.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working is a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German (German proficiency is a plus).
- Berlin-based and available to work part-time (20 hours per week).
- Familiarity with agile frameworks or experience in product/project management is a plus.
- Experience with software development or IT is a plus.
