Berlin: Working Student – Natural Language Processing (NLP) Project (all genders) – Berlin

Your Mission

We are seeking a motivated and talented Working Student to join our Natural Language Processing (NLP) team. This role is ideal for a student who has a strong understanding of language structure, excellent coding capabilities, and proficiency in using Excel. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to listen and collaborate effectively.

Sneak preview of your future tasks

• Assist in the development and implementation of NLP models and algorithms  (This requires understanding of language related concepts).
• Analyze and preprocess text data and understand the data to improve model performance.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of language structure and NLP concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience with Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NLP related concepts. 
• Familiarity with coding concepts and techniques
