Join us in making a difference
The Strategy & Operations team is seeking a highly motivated project management student to join our team! If you're currently studying Business Administration, Communication, Design, or a related field (either at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level) and are passionate about organization and process creation, keep reading. In this role, you'll support a team of Strategists and Project Managers to help achieve our organizational project goals. Interested? We look forward to your application!
How you’ll make an impact:
- Organize and manage 4 company calendars
- Apply analytical thinking to solve complex conflicts
- Create and manage Confluence pages
- Execute internal communications for Leads and Talents
- Support operational activities including but not limited to purchasing gifts, making restaurant reservations, and facilitating organizational tasks
Work Schedule:
- 20 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day every day
- Flexible working hours (mornings or afternoons)
What you'll need to thrive:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with a focus on Business Administration, Communication, Design, or a related field
- Effective communication skills in English to ensure transparency and alignment on goals, priorities, and progress
- Expected graduation in 2026 or later
- Skills & Abilities:
- Highly organized.
- Strong analytical thinking - ability to convey information in a systematic and lean manner.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive attitude – eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Stand out with:
- Previous experience in using:
- Outlook Calendars
- Confluence for information management
