Do you believe that corporate culture and change management represent a sustainable competitive advantage? Then support the IAV Culture & Change team in Berlin as a working student!

With your skills and ideas, you will shape and accompany various change processes at IAV and at the same time gain experience in the various other topics in our team. One focus of your work will be the communicative support of change projects. You will be able to shape internal communication from concept to implementation. You will be responsible for both conceptual and operational activities within the team and will be the point of contact for teams, managers and internal interfaces.

We drive the necessary changes with our change activities and empower managers and employees. We network the different areas, promote cross-divisional collaboration and support the transformation of IAV into a tech solution provider.

Working at eye level and respectful and humorous cooperation are our top priorities. Because we live the culture that we want to promote.

Your Tasks:

• Participation in Culture & Change projects with a focus on structure, team, culture, transformation and communication

• Supporting change processes from needs assessment to conception, administrative handling and implementation

• Creation of content for internal communication campaigns

• Operational organizational development/change management (event organization, creation of accompanying documents, maintenance and revision of internal communication channels, coordination of external service providers, etc.)

Necessary Skills:

• You are in the middle of a degree program that fits in well with our team of sociologists, psychologists and economists. We are open to complementary skills.
• You are characterized by initiative, enthusiasm, reliability, empathy and a high level of commitment.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills.
• You have an independent, analytical and conscientious way of working.
• You have an agile mindset and are a team player.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Desired Skills:

• You have already gained some practical experience in the field of change management.
• You have already gained some experience in project management.

We look forward to receiving your application including brief motivation, CV, current performance record and relevant references. Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly rate for this position is EUR 17.52.
