Your job

What you do

• Strategic involvement in shaping and operational development of our AI initiative in customer projects (market and competitive analyses, market research, and more)
• Building, organizing, and maintaining a prompt library
• Promoting knowledge sharing on AI and prompt design within the department and across teams
• Developing and testing prompts to improve our AI applications
• Supporting the strategic alignment of AI topics, especially regarding the use of prompts and their integration into existing workflows
• Monitoring the market for new AI applications and providers
• Assisting in the evaluation of AI-generated results

Your skills

Who you are

• Enrollment in a relevant field of study, such as Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable discipline
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning—initial experience with pretrained models or prompt design is a plus
• Programming skills in Python and preferably mySQL are desirable
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
• High level of independence, reliability, and flexibility
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and taking on responsibility
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
